Westhaven Gold (WHN:CA) closed its previously announced private placement with Dundee, having issued to Dundee 12M common shares of Westhaven at a price of CDN$0.25 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds to the company of CDN$3M.
The company intends to use up to CDN$2 million of the net proceeds to maintain the properties in good standing as needed and the remaining proceeds for general working capital.
