Yesterday, I called out one of the CRAZIEST short squeezes of the year, a 567% bottom-to-top move…
It followed my formula perfectly.
Autonomix Medical Inc. (AMIX) spiked from the $4s to over $7 in premarket on patent news, then faded…
The idiot groupthink short sellers piled in like they always do. They saw a little biotech up big and bet the party was over.
Once again, they were wrong.
I’ve been warning shorts about their ridiculously risky strategy for years now (but they don’t listen or learn).
I was watching AMIX at 11 a.m. ET. All it would take to make it better is a clean breakout over $7.
Then I bought 1,400 shares.
Not long after … the clean breakout came, the trapped shorts got squeezed, and AMIX shot up.
Source: Stocks To Trade
$AMIX, 5-minute candles, short squeeze.
When overaggressive shorts are stuck in a spiking stock, they have to buy back shares at any price, and that panicked covering is the fuel that sends these plays vertical…
WHEWWWWWWW what a rush!!!
I rode the squeeze and locked in nearly $2 per share.
I didn’t hold and hope for $10 or $15.
$2/share, 22% gains, and I was out.
Past performance doesn’t guarantee future results.
But, singles & doubles add up!!
The degenerates who hold and hope will inevitably take every win back to zero, and I refuse to let you become one of those cautionary tales.
3 Keys To Crushing Squeezes
Shorts are doomed in this market, but so are longs who fail to capitalize on these absolute layups.
Opportunity cost is a serious problem. You’ll NEVER grow your account exponentially by watching AMIX run 567% from the sidelines.
I can’t stress how important this is NOW…
Usually, these parabolic squeezes top out after a few hours.
The fact that we’re seeing so many of these moves shows you just how juicy this market is for longs who know:
1. How to cut losses quickly.
2. How to sell into strength.
3. Where to find the best squeezes.
#1 is #1 for a reason. Cutting losses quickly is more than a trading rule to me: it’s a lifestyle.
And we must thank the short sellers endlessly…
Their insecurity and arrogance create these squeezes over and over (and my students keep landing on the right side of them).
Congratulations to allllll who caught this one … you’re learning the power of short squeezes, executing breakouts, and locking in gains.
