Pan Global Resources (TSXV:PGZ:CA) announced on Monday that it is arranging a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 18.75 million common shares at C$0.16 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$3 million.
The net proceeds of the offering will be used to advance the company’s exploration and resource definition programs in Spain and for general corporate purposes.
