Kiboko Gold (KIB:CA) revised the pricing of its non-brokered private placement of units, originally announced on September 30, 2025, to raise up to $1M.
On a post-consolidation basis, the private placement will be repriced from $0.10 per unit to $0.08 per unit and consist of up to 12.5M units.
