EHang Holdings Limited’s (EH) shares rose 6% after obtaining the Production Certificate (PC) from the Civil Aviation Administration of China for its EH216-S eVTOL aircraft, marking the first PC granted in the global eVTOL industry. This achievement marks a significant step towards mass manufacturing and commercial operations for the eVTOL aircraft. Mr. Huazhi Hu, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of EHang, stated, “The issuance of the PC is pivotal for the EH216-S as it opens the door to mass production and is a crucial step for our advancement towards commercial operations.” Shares of Fastly (FSLY) rose over 4% after the stock was upgraded at Piper Sandler to Overweight from Neutral, citing growing market share in the CDN business. However, analyst James Fish lowered the price target on the stock to $16 from the prior $19, implying a 28% increase from Friday’s close of $12.53.
