The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 3/22/25 featuring funding details for Cape, VulnCehck, and twelve other deals representing $367M in new funding that you need to know about.

SkySpecs – $20.0M

Ann Arbor-based SkySpecs is a renewable energy technology company that provides software solutions to optimize asset management, and improve efficiency. Founded by Danny Ellis, Jonathan Bendes, Ryan Morton, Samuel DeBruin, and Tom Brady in 2012, SkySpecs has now raised a total of $138.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Equinor Ventures, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Statkraft Ventures.

Halliday – $20.0M

San Francisco-based Halliday is a workflow protocol designed to automate workflows and manage reliability across various systems. Founded by Akshay Malhotra and Griffin Dunaif in 2022, Halliday has now raised a total of $26.0M in total equity funding and is backed by a16z crypto, AltLayer, Amrit Kumar, Andy ‎ ‎‏‏‎, Blizzard Fund, Credibly Neutral, Daniel Marin, Ekram Ahmed, Jason Zhao, Joe Lau, Matthew Katz, Nikil Viswanathan, Parker Jou, Robert Klages, and SV Angel.

Proscia – $50.0M

Philadelphia-based Proscia develops digital pathology software designed to help laboratories and life sciences organizations manage and analyze pathology data. Founded by Coleman Stavish, David West, and Nathan Buchbinder in 2014, Proscia has now raised a total of $130.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Alpha Intelligence Capital, Avenue Capital Group, Emerald Development Managers, Fusion Fund, GPG Healthcare, Insight Partners, Interwoven Ventures, Razor’s Edge Ventures, and Triangle Peak Partners.

GrubMarket – $50.0M

San Francisco-based GrubMarket is an AI-powered prominent B2B eCommerce business operating in the American food supply chain industry. Founded by Mike Xu in 2014, GrubMarket has now raised a total of $549.1M in total equity funding and is backed by 3Spoke, Joseph Stone Capital, Liberty Street Funds, Pegasus Tech Ventures, Pinegrove Capital Partners, Portfolia, and ROC VENTURE GROUP.

Brooklyn-based Inspiren is a healthcare tech company using AI to monitor patient care, track interactions, and improve clinical workflow management. Founded by Michael Wang, Paul Coyne, and Vincent Cocito in 2016, Inspiren has now raised a total of $42.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Avenir, Primary Venture Partners, Story Ventures, Studio VC, and Third Prime.

Arcade.dev – $12.0M

South San Francisco-based Arcade.dev helps AI Agents securely connect to APIs, data, and other systems Founded by Alex Salazar and Sam Partee in 2024, Arcade.dev has now raised a total of $12.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Andy Rachleff, Flybridge, Garuda Ventures, Hanabi Capital, Laude Ventures, and Neotribe Ventures.

Cape – $15.0M

Arlington-based Cape develops privacy-enabling technology that allows users to reclaim their privacy and security on electronic devices. Founded by Anduril Alums and Palantir Alums in 2022, Cape has now raised a total of $76.4M in total equity funding and is backed by A* Capital, Costanoa Ventures, Point72 Ventures, and XYZ Venture Capital.

Multiply Mortgage – $23.5M

Boulder-based Multiply Mortgage partners with companies to offer mortgages to their employees. Founded by Gautam Gupta and Michael White in 2022, Multiply Mortgage has now raised a total of $23.5M in total equity funding and is backed by A* Capital, BoxGroup, Kleiner Perkins, and Mischief.

Neros Technologies – $35.0M

Los Angeles-based Neros Technologies is a defense technology company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced unmanned aerial systems. Founded by Olaf Hichwa and Soren Monroe-Anderson in 2023, Neros Technologies has now raised a total of $45.9M in total equity funding and is backed by D3, Interlagos Capital, Keller Rinaudo Cliffton, Sequoia Capital, and Vy Capital.
