McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) reported its second quarter 2025 earnings results today.
Net sales increased 1% year-over-year to $1.66 billion. Organic sales increased 2%.
Net income was $175 million, or $0.65 per share, compared to $184.2 million, or $0.68 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS remained flat at $0.69.
Earnings beat expectations while revenue came in line with estimates.
Consumer segment sales increased 3% YoY to $931 million.
Flavor Solutions segment sales decreased 1% YoY to $729 million.
For fiscal year 2025, net sales are expected to grow 0-2%. GAAP EPS is expected to be $2.98-3.03 and adjusted EPS is expected to be $3.03-3.08 for the year.
The stock rose 4% in premarket hours on Thursday.
