Helpful Tools for Finding Inventory
Learning to navigate is one thing, but there are a few other ways to maximize your search. You’ll want to take advantage of the following tools to source even smarter:
Manifest
For number crunching and a deeper dive into inventory, leverage lot manifests. Here you’ll find detailed breakdowns on product quantities, MSRP, descriptions, and more helpful information. Learn all there is to know about manifests here.

Manifest Example
Pro Tip: Download the manifest and customize your view, make notes, track inventory, add calculations, and document profits.
Saved Search
Lock in your favorite searches and save time browsing. Use filters and searches to easily access the inventory you are looking for and get notified when inventory matching that search is available. You can create a Saved Search directly from the ALP!
Watchlist
Stay organized and agile with Watchlists. This feature lets you save a listing that you’re interested in (whether you’ve bid or not) and access it directly from your Watchlist.
Pro Tip: We recommend keeping at least 3-5 listings on your Watchlist. However, there’s no limit to how many listings you can add! Ended listings are automatically removed from your active Watchlist.
Seller Subscription
Never miss a deal! Seller subscription emails are daily notifications that include “Just Listed” and “Closing Soon” auctions and listings from the sellers you choose to follow. You can update your seller preferences anytime by logging into your Buyer Portal and adjusting your Notification Preferences.
