Insilico Medicine (ISLMF) and SK Biopharmaceuticals have partnered to develop AI-driven drug candidates for central nervous system neuroimmune disorders.
The deal features $18M in upfront and near-term milestones, with a total potential value exceeding $2.5B plus royalties.
Under the agreement, Insilico will leverage its proprietary Pharma.AI platform, which spans target validation, generative chemistry, and molecule optimization, together with its preclinical drug discovery expertise to discover, design, and optimize novel candidates for neuroimmune indications.
