In this version, we made the following changes:
Improved the Market Intelligence news selection – because apparently corn traders aren’t interested in recipes using corn.
Fixed some invalidation issues which was causing delays in screen artifacts being updated (including order fills)
Temporarily switched off GPU usage – it gave people freezes, especially on VMs. We’ve had a look at some coding techniques that allow us to detect the GPU is compatible or not but to be honest – it looks unnecessarily complex and I have little faith in it.
Fixed MAE/MFE (not for IB – that’s down to a data restriction)

For those that didn’t use Market Intelligence yet – see below:
This isn’t just information – it’s interpretation. Starting at the Japan open, then before London open and several times before the US RTH opens, we’ll give you insights into what’s happening in the markets.
This is “pre-market prep” – the goal is NOT to change the way you trade, but to give you a deeper understanding of the markets you trade and to not have events derail your trading because you weren’t aware of them.
What happened overnight in terms of moves and what events caused those moves:
Recent news for that market, along with a rating of how important it is as well as it’s likely impact on the market. I say likely – because we aren’t responsible for keeping the markets sane. Think “how would this normally impact the market”
The scheduled events show both recurring events and one of events like such as Fed speakers, for each event it gives you a breakdown of how it could impact the markets.
Risk calendar is a closer look at scheduled events, but just the events are likely to impact your market and why.
We give you institutional flow information – such as:
Recent data shows notable outflows from major ETFs, including $1.71 billion from SPDR S&P 500 Trust (SPY) for the week ending November 14, pointing to institutional caution and potential rotations away from broad equity exposure.
Overall sentiment for S&P 500 appears Defensive.
Action plan for the day – putting it all together and walking you through the key events that are likely to impact that market, for example:
As the session opens, monitor for initial reactions to any lingering overnight sentiment from tariff concerns or AI uncertainties. At 20:30, the Chicago Fed National Activity Index releases, potentially influencing growth perceptions and correlated yields. Follow with 21:45 ECB President Lagarde Speech, which could spark volatility in currency pairs and safe-haven flows impacting S&P 500
Not only is this a great start to your day, over time, you’ll start to get to know your market really well, in terms of what typically effects it. Even if you are a technical trader, this will be extremely valuable in terms of giving you an “adverse event safety net”.
We are kicking off with:
S&P500 (ES)
NASDAQ 100 (NQ)
Gold (GC)
10 Year Treasuries (ZN)
Euro (6E)
Corn (ZC)
WTI Crude (CL)
We’ll be adding more information and more markets – and that’s really down to what you all need, hence we started off with a good blend. For more information – see our ‘Market Intelligence Page”
Oh yeah – it’ll save you 1-2 hours of work a day too!!!
