Moleculin Biotech (MBRX) plans to implement a 1-for-25 reverse stock split of its common stock.
The reverse stock split will take effect on December 1, 2025. As a result, the number of shares of common stock outstanding will be reduced from ~51.7 million shares to ~2.1 million shares.
