Finding the right inventory on B-Stock is simple once you know where to look. In this guide, we’ll show you how to browse listings, use filters to narrow your search, and take advantage of built-in tools to help you stay organized and spot opportunities faster.

Don’t have time to read? Watch our video below on how to navigate the platform so you can find the right inventory!

How to Browse Listings

With hundreds of listings available every day across dozens of categories and lot sizes, things can begin to feel overwhelming. Consider this your cheat sheet for key places you’ll want to start your inventory search:

All Listings Page (ALP)

The ALP gives you a snapshot view of nearly all available listings on B-Stock. Not only can you search by seller, but you can also refine your search using the following filters:

Distance: Sort listings by proximity to your zip code and keep shipping costs low.
Category: Select from 18 different product categories sold across sellers.

ALP Filters by Category

Condition: Search by your preferred condition across sellers. Learn more about B-Stock Product Conditions.
Location: United States, Canada, Europe. (Pro Tip: Certain sellers allow international buyers the use of a freight forwarder.)
Buying Format: Buy Now, Auction, Make an Offer. Get a full comparison of B-Stock Buying Formats.
Current Bid: Enter your minimum/ maximum bid and only see listings that fall within that range.
MSRP: Enter your minimum/ maximum MSRP and only see listings that fall within that range.
Transport Mode: LTL, Parcel, Truckload. (Psst…these are B-Stock Lot Sizes.)
Shipment Type: Standard Shipping, Buyer Arranged, Flat Rate, Free. Head to B-Stock Shipment Methods for a breakdown.
Listing Type: Spot, Contract
Inventory Type: Search by your preferred inventory type across sellers. Learn more about inventory types.
Number of Units: Enter your minimum/ maximum number of units and only see listings that fall within that range.
Cosmetic Condition: No Damage, Uninspected

Directly by Seller Storefront

Browse all available listings from individual sellers – for example, bstock.com/target/ will only show Target listings.

Pro Tip: Some folks like to save time by bookmarking their favorite storefront pages!

Helpful Tools for Finding Inventory

Learning to navigate is one thing, but there are a few other ways to maximize your search. You’ll want to take advantage of the following tools to source even smarter:

Manifest

For number crunching and a deeper dive into inventory, leverage lot manifests. Here you’ll find detailed breakdowns on product quantities, MSRP, descriptions, and more helpful information. Learn all there is to know about manifests here.

Pro Tip: Download the manifest and customize your view, make notes, track inventory, add calculations, and document profits.

Saved Search

Lock in your favorite searches and save time browsing. Use filters and searches to easily access the inventory you are looking for and get notified when inventory matching that search is available. You can create a Saved Search directly from the ALP!

Watchlist

Stay organized and agile with Watchlists. This feature lets you save a listing that you’re interested in (whether you’ve bid or not) and access it directly from your Watchlist.

Pro Tip: We recommend keeping at least 3-5 listings on your Watchlist. However, there’s no limit to how many listings you can add! Ended listings are automatically removed from your active Watchlist.

Seller Subscription

Never miss a deal! Seller subscription emails are daily notifications that include “Just Listed” and “Closing Soon” auctions and listings from the sellers you choose to follow. You can update your seller preferences anytime by logging into your Buyer Portal and adjusting your Notification Preferences.

Start Exploring Listings

Now that you know how to browse and filter listings, it’s time to put it into practice. Head to the All Listings Page to start exploring what’s available today. Use the tools mentioned above—like Saved Searches, Watchlists, and Seller Subscriptions—to stay on top of new opportunities and find the inventory that fits your business best.

Here for the auctions but new to online bidding? We’ve got you covered.
