Asset management company Blackstone, Inc. (NYSE: BX) on Thursday said its third-quarter net income dropped from last year, hurt by a decline in revenues.
The company reported revenues of $3.09 billion for the third quarter, compared to $3.66 billion in Q3 2024Net income attributable to the company decreased to $624.9 million or $0.80 per share from $780.8 million or $1.02 per share last yearDistributable earnings were $1.9 billion or $1.52 per share in Q3, vs. $1.28 billion or $1.01 per share last yearTotal assets under management (AUM) increased to $1.24 trillion in the September quarter from $1.11 trillion in the prior-year periodFee-earning AUM was $906.2 billion in the third quarter, while perpetual capital AUM came in at $500.6 billionThe management declared a quarterly dividend of $1.29 per share to record holders of common stock at the close of business on November 3, 2025The company repurchased 0.2 million shares in the quarter and 0.9 million shares over the last twelve months
