(NASDAQ:LUNR)’s recently concluded $345 million convertible senior notes issuance, Canaccord Genuity reduced its price objective on the firm from $19.00 to $18.50 on August 20, 2025, while keeping its Buy rating. In response to robust institutional demand, the 2.50% notes due in 2030 were resized from the initial $250 million offering and offered with a conversion premium of almost 25%. The remainder will be allocated to operations, research and development, and possible acquisitions; Canaccord stated that this step improves the company’s liquidity and supports its long-term growth strategy. The proceeds will be utilized for capped call transactions to limit stock dilution.
