Lately, there’s been a lot happening in the technology world. Startups and established companies are busy announcing new funding, forming partnerships, and making acquisitions.

It’s been so fast-paced that it’s hard to keep up with every update, and some important news may have gone unnoticed.

We can’t cover every story, but it’s important not to overlook them. So, we’ve put together a list of news that might have flown under the radar but is still making a difference.

CHARM Therapeutics raises €68.2M to advance menin inhibitors

CHARM Therapeutics has secured $80M (approximately €68.2M) in an oversubscribed Series B round co-led by NEA and SR One, with backing from OrbiMed, F-Prime, Khosla Ventures, and NVIDIA. The funding will push its next-generation menin inhibitor into clinical development, aiming to overcome resistance mutations that limit first-generation therapies for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (Read more)

MRM Health secures €55M funding

Ghent-based biopharma company MRM Health has raised €55M in a Series B round led by French pharmaceutical group Biocodex, with participation from ATHOS, BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity, and existing backers including SFPIM and Ackermans & van Haaren. The funding will support a Phase 2b trial of MH002, its lead microbiome-based therapy for ulcerative colitis, and advance two additional microbial consortia programs targeting inflammation and immune-oncology. HappyRobot raises €37.7M in funding

Madrid-based HappyRobot has closed a €37.7M in Series B round led by Base10 Partners, with participation from a16z, YC, Tokio Marine, WaVe-X, World Innovation Lab, and other logistics-focused investors. Founded in 2023, the startup builds and deploys AI workers that automate complex operational tasks across the supply chain. The new capital will fuel team expansion and product development as the company scales its enterprise-grade AI workforce platform. (Read more)

UNIVITY secures €31M to advance 5G satellite constellation

Paris-based spacetech startup UNIVITY has been awarded €31M under the France 2030 program, operated by CNES, to develop a French-made 5G satellite constellation. Including industrial co-financing, the project totals €44M. Founded in 2022, UNIVITY is building Very Low Earth Orbit satellites that integrate with telecom operators’ 5G networks to deliver high-speed, low-latency internet. Partnering with TDF, which will manage three gateway stations, the company plans two prototype launches in 2027, followed by full constellation deployment from 2028 to 2030.

Phasecraft raises €29M in funding

Quantum algorithms company Phasecraft has secured $34M (approx €29M) in Series B funding co-led by Plural, Playground Global, and Novo Holdings’ Quantum Fund, with support from AlbionVC, Latitude, and Parkwalk Advisors. Phasecraft develops ultra-efficient, hardware-agnostic algorithms that unlock applications for today’s noisy quantum devices. The new capital will drive R&D and expand industrial deployments, bringing quantum advantage closer to commercial reality. (Read more)

M2care raises €26M funding

Paris-based M2care, a healthtech venture studio, has closed a €26M fundraising round with the addition of France 2030’s French Tech Accélération 2 fund, managed by Bpifrance. Existing investors Mérieux Développement, Institut NAOS, Crédit Agricole Centre-Est, and several family offices also joined. The new capital will support the creation and growth of eight healthcare projects, building on existing ventures in medical prediction, brain disease treatment, and neuroimaging. M2care aims to accelerate lab-to-market innovation in cardiology, dermatology, ophthalmology, and neurology. (Read more)

FERNRIDE raises €18M capital

Munich-based FERNRIDE has secured an additional €18M, extending its Series A round to €75M in total. The round, led by Helantic and joined by dual-use investors including former Hensoldt CEO Thomas Müller, will support the company’s push into European defence logistics.

FERNRIDE’s ground autonomy platform is already used by major customers such as HHLA, Volkswagen, and DB Schenker. (Read more)

Bright Pixel Capital leads €8.5M round in Tidal Cyber’s funding round

Bright Pixel Capital, the venture arm of Portuguese group Sonae, has led a $10M (approx €8.5M) Series A round in Virginia-based Tidal Cyber. The raise also saw participation from existing backers, including USAA, Capital One, Squadra Ventures, Blu Venture, Veteran Ventures, Task Force X, and Ultratech. Founded by three former MITRE experts, Tidal Cyber is known for advancing “Threat-Led Defence,” a strategy built around the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

Throxy secures €5.2M capital

London-based Throxy, an outbound growth partner for companies targeting hard-to-reach sectors, has raised $6.2M (approx €5.2M) in seed funding led by Base10 Partners with support from Y Combinator. Founded in 2023, Throxy runs a fully managed outbound service, identifying real decision-makers, managing tailored outreach, and booking meetings. Clients, including Imnoo and Santillana, have reported up to 84% positive reply rates. With this fresh capital, Throxy plans to scale its team fivefold to meet rising demand.

Alpic raises €5.1M in pre-seed round

French startup Alpic has secured €5.1M in pre-Seed funding to develop a cloud platform dedicated to the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling AI agents to safely interact with digital services. The round was led by Partech with participation from K5 Global, Irregular Expression, Yellow, Drysdale, Kima Ventures, Galion.exe, and founders from Mistral, Datadog, and Dataiku. Founded in 2025 by the Streamroot team, Alpic offers infrastructure for deploying, managing, and scaling MCP servers. (Read more)

Supersonik launches with €4.2M funding

Barcelona-based Supersonik has emerged from stealth with €4.2M in Seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz, joined by angels from Google, DeepMind, and Salesforce. The startup introduces an AI-powered, multilingual agent that joins live video calls, delivers real software demos, and adapts to each buyer in real time. Founded in 2025 by Daniel Carmona Serrat, Joaquim Lechà, and Pol Ruiz, Supersonik aims to cut lengthy sales cycles by making personalised demos available instantly, in any language. (Read more)

Driven raises €1.5M in capital

Ghent-based Driven, a startup tackling outdated commission structures in sales, has secured €1.5M in funding led by Pitchdrive, with support from Newschool VC and several well-known local tech founders. Launched in June by Ludovic Diercxsens, Andres De Jonge, and Tom De Kooning, the AI-powered platform replaces static Excel sheets with live dashboards that give sales teams instant visibility on targets and rewards.

By integrating directly with CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, Driven also motivates salespeople to keep data accurate while helping managers align incentives with profitability.

World’s first cultivated meat farm set to rise in the Netherlands

The Netherlands will host the world’s first cultivated meat farm, following the launch of the CRAFT Consortium led by RespectFarms, Wageningen University & Research, Mosa Meat, Aleph Farms, Multus, Kipster, and Royal Kuijpers. Backed by €2M in funding from EIT Food, the project will allow farmers to integrate cultivated meat into their operations, reducing water use by 78 per cent and land use by 95 per cent.

NoPalm Ingredients to build the first yeast oil demonstration factory

NoPalm Ingredients and NIZO Food Research have signed an agreement to establish NoPalm’s first yeast oil demonstration factory at the Food Innovation Campus in Ede. The site will start with several hundred tons of annual output, scaling to over 1,200 tons by 2028. Backed by regional partners including Oost NL and the Province of Gelderland, the factory will employ 25 people and showcase industrial-scale fermentation for oils, strengthening the region’s food transition ecosystem.
