The Weekly Notable Startup Funding Report takes us on a trip across various ecosystems in the US, highlighting some of the notable funding activity in the various markets that we track. The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 6/7/25 featuring funding details for MIND, SignalRank, Aerones, and fourteen other deals representing $3.3B in new funding that you need to know about.

Trustifi – $25.0M

Las Vegas-based Trustifi is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company offering a patented email encryption, tracking and patented email postmarking service. Founded by Antoinette Chaltiel in 2017, Trustifi has now raised a total of $29.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Camber Partners.

Aerones – $62.0M

San Jose-based Aerones is an innovative company that develops robotic technology for wind turbine blade maintenance services. Founded by Dainis Kruze and Janis Putrams in 2015, Aerones has now raised a total of $107.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Activate Capital Partners, Blume Equity, Carbon Equity, Change Ventures, Extantia Capital, Lightrock, Metaplanet, Overlap Holdings, and S2G Investments.

Impart Security – $12.0M

San Francisco-based Impart Security is a complete API security platform designed to enable security and development teams to protect their APIs. Founded by Brian Joe, Jonathan Divincenzo, and Marc Harrison in 2021, Impart Security has now raised a total of $19.7M in total equity funding and is backed by 8-Bit Capital, CRV, and Madrona.

Infleqtion – $100.0M

Louisville-based Infleqtion is a quantum information company that develops software-configured and quantum-enabled products. Founded by Dana Anderson, Jakob Reichel, Rainer Kunz, and Theodor H√§nsch in 2007, Infleqtion has now raised a total of $261.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Counterpoint Global, Glynn Capital Management, S32, SAIC, and SentinelOne.

SignalRank – $14.7M

Palo Alto-based SignalRank is an investment firm that indexes premier early-stage companies using algorithms to identify the highest potential Series Bs. Founded by Jonathan Gottehrer, Kayvan Baroumand, Keith Teare, Matt Melkonian, Rob Hodgkinson, and Shawn Purcell in 2021, SignalRank has now raised a total of $19.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Candou Ventures, Sanjay Jha, Tim Draper, and Vinton Cerf.

Costa Mesa-based Anduril Industries is a defense product company that builds technology for military agencies and border surveillance. Founded by Brian Schimpf, Joseph Chen, Matt Grimm, Palmer Luckey, and Trae Stephens in 2017, Anduril Industries has now raised a total of $6.2B in total equity funding and is backed by Founders Fund.

Spyglass Pharma – $75.0M

Aliso Viejo-based Spyglass Pharma provides medicine for ophthalmic diseases. Founded by Glenn Sussman in 2019, Spyglass Pharma has now raised a total of $184.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Gilde Healthcare, New Enterprise Associates, RA Capital Management, Samsara BioCapital, Sands Capital Ventures, Vensana Capital, and Vertex Ventures HC.

AgentSmyth – $8.7M

New York-based AgentSmyth provides AI agents for financial analysis and automated insights. Founded by Daniel McCooey, Michael Block, and Pulkit Jaiswal in 2024, AgentSmyth has now raised a total of $11.2M in total equity funding and is backed by BNY, FinTech Collective, Michael Rafferty, Scott Friedman, systemic ventures, and Thomson Reuters Ventures. Impulse Space – $300.0M

MIND – $30.0M

Seattle-based MIND is a cybersecurity company that offers a data security platform to automate data loss prevention and insider risk management programs. Founded by Eran Barak, Hod Bin Noon, and Itai Schwartz in 2023, MIND has now raised a total of $41.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Crosspoint Capital Partners, Okta Ventures, Paladin Capital Group, and YL Ventures.

Obvio – $22.0M

San Carlos-based Obvio provides AI-powered traffic safety solutions using solar-powered monitoring cameras. Founded by Ali Rehan and Dhruv Maheshwari in 2023, Obvio has now raised a total of $28.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Khosla Ventures, and Pathlight Ventures.

Thread AI – $20.0M

New York-based Thread AI’s goal is to make infrastructure simple for enterprises seeking to get the most from AI. Founded by Angela McNeal and Mayada Gonimah in 2023, Thread AI has now raised a total of $26.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Greycroft, Homebrew, Index Ventures, Meritech Capital Partners, Plug and Play, and Scale Venture Partners.

Sema4.ai – $25.0M

Atlanta-based Sema4.ai is an AI platform that empowers organizations to build, deploy, and manage agents designed to transform knowledge work. Founded by Antti Karjalainen, Paul Codding, Ramachandran Venkatesh, and Sudhir Menon in 2024, Sema4.ai has now raised a total of $55.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Benchmark, Cox Enterprises, Mayfield Fund, MVP Ventures, Rocketship.vc, and Snowflake Ventures.

Vivrelle – $62.0M

New York-based Vivrelle is a luxury accessories membership club that provides access to a shared closet of designer handbags, jewelry, and diamonds. Founded by Blake Cohen Geffen and Wayne Geffen in 2018, Vivrelle has now raised a total of $131.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Protagonist.

OatFi – $24.0M

New York-based OatFi provides the end-to-end infrastructure for B2B payment platforms to launch embedded working capital tools. Founded by John Jordan and Michael Barbosa in 2021, OatFi has now raised a total of $35.3M in total equity funding and is backed by Lorimer Ventures, Portage Ventures, QED Investors, and White Star Capital.

Rally UXR – $11.0M

New York-based Rally UXR is a User Research CRM to automate outreach, scheduling, incentives, and participant management. Founded by Alec Robins and Oren Friedman in 2021, Rally UXR has now raised a total of $20.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Canapi Ventures, Stage 2 Capital, and Y Combinator.

Hypercraft – $26.0M

Provo-based Hypercraft provides turn-key electric drive systems for today’s e-mobility demands and tomorrow’s wildest creations. Founded by Eric Ream, Jake Hawksworth, and Jonathon Miller in 2019, Hypercraft has now raised a total of $36.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Stalwart Ventures and Strategic Development Fund.
