We’ve got Bogdan Stoichescu joining us on June 4th 2025 for a live session that might shed some light on this. Bogdan spent 3 years sitting on the AXIA Futures trading floor in London, basically being a fly on the wall watching how 10 prop traders consistently pull in 7 and 8-figure incomes.
What he found was pretty eye-opening. These traders aren’t doing what most of us do. While we’re all focused on perfecting our entries and managing trades better, they’re solving completely different problems. They call them “upstream issues” – basically the stuff that happens before you even think about taking a trade.
Bogdan wrote it all down in a 500-page book called “Traders of Our Time.” Think of it as a modern-day Market Wizards – real stories of today’s elite traders and how they actually operate.
