Gores Holdings X (GTENU) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 31.2M units at $10/unit.
The units will be listed on the Nasdaq and trade under the ticker symbol “GTENU” beginning May 2, 2025.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of one warrant.
Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50/share.
